Things to Know for Your Visit with Us!
Please arrive at least 5 - 10 mins prior to service so that proper sanitation, consultation, paperwork (if needed), and restroom can be completed before service.
COVID-19 Highlights
Upon arrival, please check in on the Vagaro app. If you have not downloaded the app or do not wish to, please text your service provider and wait in your car until asked to enter.
All bills will be finalized using a credit/debit card. If you are using cash, please have the exact amount of your service(s) & any gratuity you wish to leave.
We are following the recommended CDC guidelines to protect you and ourselves against the spread of COVID-19. A face mask is required for entry and all appointments. Clients are only invited to remove their facial covering once entering the treatment room. Due to our lobby/waiting area being closed at this time, no extra guests are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card must be on file. Please provide 24hrs notice via phone or email to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. (Please note that all appointments can be canceled/rescheduled by via the Vagaro booking app without the assistance of your service provider up to 24hrs before scheduled appointment.)
All deposits and fees are non-refundable but are transferable if rescheduling within 14 days of original appointment. In the event that the cancellation is due to the business, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 3 business days of cancellation.
If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. If the card declines, an IOU will be created & must be paid prior to any future services with us. To be rescheduled the same day, a $25 fee will be applied.
If you need to reschedule your appointment a MINIMUM of 24-hour notice is required. Anything within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee per service scheduled that must be paid before you can schedule a new appointment. Any same day cancels or no shows will result in 100% of your service being charged.
Deposits
A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. A deposit of 40% of services is required to reserve appointment. Remaining balance is due when services are rendered.
If you wish to rebook your next appointment at checkout, a 20% deposit will be required in addition to your balance.
Late Policy
All clients are given a 7 minute grace period. At 8 minutes after scheduled appointment you are considered late & must contact your service provider to see if you can still be accommodated and if you can, you will be charged a late fee of $20. At 9 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged full (100%) payment of the service fee. These fees are non-refundable.
No Show Policy
Clients who do not show for their appointments and have not called to cancel will be charged the full (100%) amount of the service. Habitually late clients MUST prepay for any future services with us.
By successfully booking an appointment online and/or in studio with your service provider you are agreeing to the policies, terms and conditions above and you release Trévon Dyson Skin and Beauty, LLC and Massage Remedy, LLC of any and all liabilities.
